Repurposed Knife Project Tube. Duration : 1.77 Mins.
Reworked an old kitchen knife into a more usable knife then made a wall mount holder for it. Took about an hour to cut down and polish the knife, then about an hour to build the knife holder. Then of course it took all day for the varnish to dry, always so much "FUN" waiting for the finish to dry.

I shot this video at Walmart in Columbus Ohio, and I think excessive force was used. U be the judge.....jus to clear things up she was left in the car, they were in the process of moving and had all the silverware and kitchen stuff in the car, she cut herself out of the seatbelt because she didn't know how to unbuckle it. She had NO INTENTIONS ON HURTING ANYONE!!!!!!!!!

German Style Pretzel Rolls & Sausage-Pretzel - The Punkrock-Kitchen (even Punks have a good taste) Tube. Duration : 11.13 Mins.
Ingredients I was using in this video: For the Bread: 1 Sachet Dried Yeast 1 tblsp Sugar 250ml Water, lukewarm 500g Very Strong Canadian White Bread Flour 1 tsp Maldon Sea Salt Also needed: Bicarbonate of Soda Coarse Sea Salt Frankfurters Pumpkin Seeds Method: To a large bowl add all ingredients for the bread. Get a fork and bring everything together. When everything is combined get your hands in and knead the dough for at least 15-20 minutes. Dust your with a little flour and cover the bowl with a towel or clingfilm and set aside for an hour. When the dough has doubled in size, dust with a little flour and knead for another ten minutes. Cut the dough into eight equal pieces. Shape four of the eight pieces into rolls and use the other four to wrap around your frankfurters. Add three litres of water to a large pot. To the water add the bicarbonate of soda and bring to the boil. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees celsius. Cook your rolls one minute each side in the water. After cooking the buns use a razorblade or a sharp knife and score the buns. Sprinkle over some coarse sea salt and pumpkin seeds. We made some Satti Baboy on the grill and I attempted a Leche Flan for dessert. It all came out not half bad! Satti Baboy (Pork with Spicy Sauce) Description In the Philippines, "barbecue" typically means meat (usually pork) cut into bite-sized pieces, marinated and skewered, then cooked over a grill with a spicy sauce. You can find it everywhere, from classy restaurants to street vendors. I love them all! This recipe is pretty typical. Ingredients •3 pounds pork roast, cut into pieces •3 teaspoon salt •1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper •1 tablespoon ground coriander •1 tablespoon cumin seed •1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil •1/2 cup sliced onions •1 tablespoon brown sugar •1/3 cup soy sauce •1/4 teaspoon ground ginger •3 limes, cut into wedges Directions 1. In a glass bowl or dish, mix together the salt, pepper, coriander, cumin seed, and vegetable oil. Add pork cubes, and stir to coat. Let stand for 20 minutes. 2. Add onion, brown sugar, soy sauce, and ginger; stir to blend. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour, but best overnight. 3. Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat, and lightly oil the grate. Extreme Drum Hardware Makeover is a new video series to show drummers how they can customize their drum sets using Gibraltar's endless hardware options for drum customization. The inspiration for the video came from my own experiences. I am constantly building and rebuilding my hardware and rack set ups to explore new solutions for drummers to fit any playing style or any drum kit. I have to admit since I dont perform as much these days, I am now that guy in the basement at night geeking out to discover something new I can do with drum hardware. So, I decided why not share some of the fun and see what we could do to solve someone elses problems. So we conceived the Extreme Hardware Makeover video where drummers can see our process of analyzing a hard working kit and how we can improve the functionality and beauty of the drum kit set up. Brent Barnett, our innovative designer at Gibraltar selected the perfect drummer for our show. Jagger Gonzales is a touring drummer with the progressive rock/metal band Opus Dai www.opusdai.com Constant wear and tear on his DW drum set created a fun challenge for us to see what we could do to help him. Innovative Kitchen-Storage Solutions
In the late-1970's, when the gourmet-chef-tools market in the U.S. was still in its infancy, J.K. Adams owner Malcolm Cooper, Sr. conceived of the first slanted knife block. Wash by hand in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly, and oil frequently with mineral oil to help give it an optimal appearance. Do not soak, microwave, freeze, or put in the dishwasher. For removing stains, you can use a weak bleach-and-water solution or a combination of lemon juice and salt. Be sure to rinse and wipe with mineral oil afterward. Additionally, the surface can be sanded to make the board look like new--although a board with wear will add character to your kitchen. For storage, keep the board away from strong sunlight as avoiding UV rays will reduce the risk of fading.

Burger Mixture 1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef 1 large onion, chopped (1 cup) 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon garlic salt 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz) Baking Mixture 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup Original Bisquick® mix 2 eggs Garnishes, if desired 12 mini kosher dill pickles 1 medium tomato, chopped Ketchup and mustard DIRECTIONS Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 12 regular-size muffin cups with cooking spray. In 10-inch skillet, cook beef and onion over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently, until thoroughly cooked; drain. Cool 5 minutes; stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt and cheese. In medium bowl, stir baking mixture ingredients with whisk or fork until blended.
